Welcome to AI Studio. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using AI Studio, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Service
AI Studio provides AI-powered product photography automation services, including:
- AI image generation (background removal, style transfer, scene creation)
- Garment analysis and attribute detection
- Fashion trend forecasting and recommendations
- Shopify integration and CSV import/export
- Quick editing tools (resize, shadow, color adjustment)
3. Account Registration
To use AI Studio, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Credit System and Billing
4.1 Credits
AI Studio operates on a prepaid credit system:
- Budget Tier: 1 credit per image (~$0.01)
- Standard Tier: 2 credits per image (~$0.02)
- Premium Tier: 5 credits per image (~$0.05)
4.2 Payment
Payments are processed through:
- Paymob: For Egypt and Middle East markets
- Paddle: For global markets
All credit purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law.
4.3 Refunds
Refunds are only provided in the following cases:
- Service outage lasting more than 24 hours
- Duplicate charges due to technical error
- Failed image generation due to platform errors (credits refunded)
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use AI Studio for:
- Generating illegal, harmful, or explicit content
- Creating deepfakes or misleading imagery
- Violating intellectual property rights
- Harassing, threatening, or impersonating others
- Attempting to reverse-engineer or exploit our AI models
- Excessive API usage or automated scraping
⚠️ Important: Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Your Content
You retain all rights to the images you upload. By using AI Studio, you grant us a limited license to:
- Process and analyze your images
- Generate AI variations based on your inputs
- Store images on our servers (Hetzner Object Storage)
6.2 Generated Images
You own all AI-generated images created using your credits. We do not claim ownership of your outputs.
6.3 Our Platform
AI Studio's platform, code, algorithms, and branding are our intellectual property. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our software
- Use our trademarks without permission
- Reverse-engineer our AI models
7. Data Usage and Privacy
We may use aggregated, anonymized data from your uploads to:
- Improve our AI models and algorithms
- Generate industry trend reports
- Train internal models (only with explicit opt-in)

8. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to:
- Perform scheduled maintenance (with advance notice)
- Modify or discontinue features
- Limit usage during high-traffic periods
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- AI Studio is provided "as is" without warranties
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Fail to pay outstanding charges
You may cancel your account at any time. Unused credits are non-refundable upon cancellation.
11. Third-Party Integrations
AI Studio integrates with third-party services (Shopify, Replicate, Google Gemini). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or changes.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via:
- Email notification
- In-app banner notification
- Updated "Last Modified" date
Continued use of AI Studio after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
